AI Document Intelligence for Commercial Construction

Commercial construction projects generate 15,000 to 100,000+ pages of specifications, contracts, drawings, submittals, and RFIs. Teams spend 15-45 minutes per query manually searching these documents. TeraContext.AI transforms this into sub-second lookups with exact citations. We built the MVP in our own lab.

The platform delivers automated cross-referencing between specs, drawings, and codes; intelligent RFI correlation with source citations; code compliance verification against IBC, NFPA, and local amendments; and change order impact analysis to identify conflicts before they escalate.

Results: 60% faster RFI response times, 30-40% fewer change orders through early conflict detection, and $1M-4M in estimated savings per major project. Integrates with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and PlanGrid.
